Salmon with Shrimps and Apple

This was a meal I made by experimenting in the kitchen. This is a real winner.

  • 2 filets of salmon
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 red bell-pepper
  • 1 champion
  • 100g cleaned shrimps
  • 1 box soure creame
  • 1 onion
  • some cucumber
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • dill, salt and pepper

Cut vegitables in small pieces. Crush or shop garlic and heat it in a frying pan with the olive oil. When the garlic changes colour, add the salmon filets. Add vegitables as you see fit, the cucumber should be added last. Add the shrimps with the vegitables. Turn the filets regurarly. When the filets are almost done, add the soure creame. When the soure creame is completely melted, its ready to be served. Best served with rice.
