Juice of Fresh Fruites

In Brazil we are drinking much juice made from fresh fruites or from pulp. Pulp is what you geat if you clean fresh fruit and pass it through a food processor. Most grocery stores are selling frozen fruit pulp in 100g packets, which is ideal for 2 - 3 persons during a meal. You can make the pulp yourself if you have access to fruite of good quality, but you will need somewhat more than 100g fruit to make 100g pulp. The accurate amount is depending on the fruit, and I have no experience with using fruits myself. I might add some notes at the bottom of this page about how much is neede of various types of fruit. 100g fresh fruit pulp 2 1/2 cup of filtered water 2 - 5 spoons of sugar, depending on taste

Put everything into your food processor and run it for 1 - 2 minutes. Pour it in a mug and put it in the refrigerator until your meal is ready.

Fruits I have tried

Graviola, Pineapple, Orange, Mango, Caju, Carrot, Strawberry, Goiaba, Papaya, Apple, Passion Fruit.

Vitamina of Fresh Fruites

Vitamina is the same as Juice, the only difference is that it uses milk instead of water. It is made in prety much the same way, and have a similar usage.

Health Advice

Fresh fruite is an important key to a healthy life, and it is often adviced to eat several types of fruite daily. I know one common advice is "5 a day", 5 different fruites every day. To drink juice or vitamine of fresh fruite will allow you to cover more types of fruites, for example, drink a glass of Papaya juice to your breakfast, eat an apple to your lunch, and have Pineapple juice to your dinner. Different fruites also contains different sorts of vitamins and amino acids. These are important key stones for building a healthy body, and can prepare your body to better deal with various health issues. I have seen long lists of things various fruites can help you with.
