Angú
From 1ste Gimnechiske Wiki
Angú is a common addition to meals in Brazil.
- Broth
- Ground Dried Maizcorn
- Herbs
- Chedar cheese (or other cheese that melts easily)
- Butter
Buil broth with much water. Mix a cup of ground maiz with water and add it to the boiling broth. Let this boil into a thick porrage, and pour it into something appropriate for serving, add a few spoons of butter, a few slices of cheese and the herbs and turn the mesh with a spoon. Ready to be served. This is not a meal in itself, but a good addition to most Brazilian meals, try it out with other stuff aswell.
