Any regular readers might have noticed a few changes here. I have updated the software running the blogg again, this time to SVN version (meaning that the blogg won’t be broken next time I update it, and it will be easier for me to keep up to date with the latest versions).

This have done lots of changes, most of them where you, the reader, cannot see. For you, the most notable change is that almost all the images have disapeared. Images will come back later, but I have to do some editorial work there first. My plan is that all posts should have pictures describing the content in some way, but back tracking posts takes some time and effort.

Another change have been the refreshing of categories. I have removed a few categories and added more. I will give you a little summary of the categories and what they mean. Each category are now followed by an icon. So when every you see one of these icons, you will recognize the category.

This category means either that none of the other categories does not fit, or that I express personal opinions.

Things that touches upon the private life, like commenting on my family situation, celebrating holidays, relations to other family members and so forth comes here.

I am traveling a lot. That means I get to visit places that many might see as exotic, strange, maybe unknown to people. I like to write about the places I visit, whether I travel there in work, or together with friends and familly.

This category is for computer related topics, whether it is about computers in general, or have to do with any of the other topics within computers.

This category contains anything to do with Linux operating system, whether it has to do with software, hardware, or political issues concerning Linux. Software related topics might contain this category. I don’t see the point of making difference between Linux distributions, though I might do that on tags later.

This category contains anything to do with Microsoft Windows Operating System, whether it has to do with software, hardware, or policital issues concerning Windows. Softare related topics might contain this category. I do not see the point in making difference between different versions of Windows, though I might do that with tags later.

This category contains anything to do with Mac operating system, whether it has to do with software, hardware, or political issues concerning Mac. Software related topics might contain this category. I have joined all Mac OS’es into this category, and also put some other Apple related issues here. At the moment there is no point for me of making difference between different versions of Mac OS, but I might do that with tags later.

When talking about other UNIX flavours other than Linux, (which is based upon Minix, which is a UNIX), I put them here. BSD, HP-UX, AIX, Minix, Gnu/Hurd, Solaris, SysV are all examples of UNIX systems. I might set tags for different types of UNIX later.

This is a category for ranting about virus or educating about virus. By virus I mean any agresive or dangerous mal-software. In other words, things to do with software that might be a danger to your computer or your identity.

This category contains all my reviews. See other art related categories for what type of review it is. In my review system I use a ten sided dice to express my opinion about what I review.

This category contains anything to do with film, from movie reviews, movie festivals, or other I might find interesting to write about.

This category contains anything to do with graphics, whether it is computer graphics, grafiti, tattoo, paintings or ink art.

This category contains anything to do with photography, whether I am boasting about my own photography, talking about technics, photographers, equipment or exibitions.

This category contains anything to do with literature, anything from stuff I find in book stores, to things about authors, reviews of books I have read, or things around stuff I write.

This category contains anything to do with music. That means that things I write from concerts, music festivals, album reviews or band presentations comes in under this category.

There might be political arguments coming up in this blogg. My political views are mixed, but most people would put me to the left somewhere.

This topic is about security. Any security issue mentioned in my blogg will come under here, whether it is computer security, airport security, or any other type of security. Lack of security should also come under here.

Don’t we all love to talk about sex? This topic is whenever I talk about sex. Just so you easier can track when I talk about it.
